چکیده
Nanohybrids using biocompatible and biodegradable materials are explored for their photothermal mediated theranostic applications. These hybrids so chosen that they biodegradable. Gold-based different nanosystems have NIR absorption which is highly favored PTT, but limited by toxicity, stability, clearance. To overcome these challenges, we demonstrated thermosensitive liposome-gold hybrid nanosystem therapy its clearance in vivo the first time. We also possibility of same as drug (curcumin) carrier triggered delivery were successful curcumin an adjuvant to PTT. Thermoresponsive polymers coated with gold X-ray imaging deep seated tumors has been evaluated. Fluorescent Poly (ethylene glycol) encapsulated metal nanoparticles synthesized application cancer theranostics explored. Biodegradable polymer (PLGA) liposomes loaded anticancer plant fraction a dye showed synergistic photo-chemo against in-vitro & in-vivo. The intracellular changes PTT mechanistic action anti-cancer agent detail.

Photothermal nanodrugs: potential of TNF-gold nanospheres for cancer theranostics
Nanotechnology has been extensively explored for drug delivery. Here, we introduce the concept of a nanodrug based on synergy of photothermally-activated physical and biological effects in nanoparticle-drug conjugates. To prove this concept, we utilized tumor necrosis factor-alpha coated gold nanospheres (Au-TNF) heated by laser pulses. To enhance photothermal efficiency in near-infrared window...

The development of imageable photothermal theranostics has attracted considerable attention for imaging guided photothermal therapy (PTT) with high tumor ablation accuracy. In this study, we strategically constructed a near-infrared (NIR) cyanine dye by introducing a rigid cyclohexenyl ring to the heptamethine chain to obtain a heptamethine dye CySCOOH with high fluorescence intensity and good ...

Introduction: The multipurpose nanocomposites have gained growing biomedical attention as promising nanotheranostics to improve The effectiveness of cancer treatment, which concurrently combine advantages of the therapeutic and diagnostic techniques into one nanosystem. The “all-in on” probes not only help to ablate cancerous tumors, but also allow to optimize and monitoring of...
متن کاملMagnetic-optical nanohybrids for targeted detection, separation, and photothermal ablation of drug-resistant pathogens.
A rapid, sensitive and quantitative immunoassay for the targeted detection and decontamination of E. coli based on Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and plasmonic popcorn-shaped gold nanostructure attached single-walled carbon nanotubes (AuNP@SWCNT) is presented. The MNPs were synthesized as the support for a monoclonal antibody (mAb@MNP). E. coli (49979) was captured and rapidly preconcentra...
متن کاملNear-infrared light-triggered theranostics for tumor-specific enhanced multimodal imaging and photothermal therapy
The major challenge in current clinic contrast agents (CAs) and chemotherapy is the poor tumor selectivity and response. Based on the self-quench property of IR820 at high concentrations, and different contrast effect ability of Gd-DOTA between inner and outer of liposome, we developed "bomb-like" light-triggered CAs (LTCAs) for enhanced CT/MRI/FI multimodal imaging, which can improve the signa...
